RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Veraform, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because all our products are digital and delivered instantly, this policy explains how refunds work.

7-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your order date at veraformfitcontact@gmail.com and we'll issue a full refund.

You may keep the files you've downloaded — we don't ask you to delete them or prove you didn't use them. We trust our customers.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email veraformfitcontact@gmail.com with:
- Your order number (from your confirmation email)
- A brief note (optional — any feedback helps us improve)

We'll respond within 48 hours and process the refund directly through Shopify. Refunds appear in your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

WHAT'S COVERED

This guarantee covers all Veraform digital products, including:
- The 21-Day Fat Loss Bundle
- Individual ebooks and planners
- Any future digital products we release

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

- Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Orders where the customer has filed a chargeback or dispute with their bank instead of contacting us directly (please reach out to us first — it's faster)

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you have trouble downloading or accessing your files, this is not a refund issue — contact us immediately at veraformfitcontact@gmail.com and we'll resolve it within 24 hours. We want you to have the product you paid for.

YOUR EU/UK CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. By completing your purchase and downloading your digital files, you acknowledge that:

- You are receiving a digital product delivered immediately upon payment;
- You consent to immediate access to the product;
- You understand that, under EU/UK consumer law, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has begun to download with your express consent.

This 7-day satisfaction guarantee is offered in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
